— Interpretation
In this regulation Act means the Financial Institutions Act.
s. 2
— Exemption from section 178 (3)
A person described in section 2 (1) (b.1), (c), (g) and (i) and (2) of the Insurance Licensing Exemptions Regulation, B.C. Reg. 328/90, while acting only as described in those provisions, is a person prescribed for the purposes of section 178 (3) of the Act.
