— Definitions
In this regulation:

— Act
Act means the Probate Fee Act;
s. 1
— Memorial Grant Program
Memorial Grant Program means the Memorial Grant Program for First Responders established by the government of Canada.

— Remission of probate fee
Authorization is given for the remission of a fee paid or payable by a person under section 2 of the Act in respect of an amount provided to the estate of a deceased under the Memorial Grant Program if the fee is paid or becomes payable on or after July 1, 2021.
