— Definition
In this regulation, Act means the Workers Compensation Act.
s. 2
— Prescribed time period
For the purposes of section 270 (1) (b) [shorter time period for requesting review] of the Act, the time period to file a request for a review of any of the following is 45 days:
s. 2(a)
a Board decision or order referred to in section 268 (1) (a) [decision or order respecting an occupational health or safety matter] of the Act;
s. 2(b)
a Board decision referred to in section 268 (1) (c) (iii) (A) [decision respecting levy of contribution from specific employer] of the Act.
