— Additional power to contract
The Fraser Valley Regional District is granted, to the extent permitted under section 296 of the Local Government Act, the power to enter into agreements for the acceptance, treatment and disposal of sewage to preserve trans-boundary ground water quality within the watershed of the Sumas River.
