— Definition
In this regulation, Act means the Financial Administration Act.
s. 2
— Public authorities designated as government bodies
Each of the following public authorities is designated, under paragraph (d) of the definition of "government body" in section 1 of the Act, as a government body for the purposes of the Act:
s. 2(a)
the Greater Vancouver Sewerage and Drainage District;
s. 2(b)
the Greater Vancouver Water District;
s. 2(c)
an improvement district as defined in the Local Government Act.
s. 3
— Organizations deemed to be government bodies
The Providence Health Care Society is an organization deemed, under section 88 (2) (b) of the Act, to be a government body for the purposes of Parts 8, 9 and 9.1 of the Act.
