s. 1 — Definitions

In this regulation:

s. 1 — Act

Act means the Offence Act;

s. 1 — Yuułuʔiłʔatḥ

Yuułuʔiłʔatḥ means the Ucluelet First Nation as defined in section 29.1.1 of the Maa-nulth First Nations Final Agreement.

s. 2 — Treaty first nation

The following are prescribed for the purposes of the definition of "treaty first nation" in section 1 of the Act:

s. 2(a)

Tsawwassen First Nation;

s. 2(b)

Huu-ay-aht First Nations;

s. 2(c)

Ka:'yu:'k't'h' /Che:k'tles7et'h' First Nations;

s. 2(d)

Toquaht Nation;

s. 2(e)

Uchucklesaht Tribe;

s. 2(f)

Yuułuʔiłʔatḥ;

s. 2(g)

Tla'amin Nation.
