— Prescribed heritage property
s. 1(1)
In this section, Act means the Heritage Conservation Act.
s. 1(2)
A heritage site or heritage object that is acknowledged by the minister under section 18 of the Act is prescribed for the purposes of section 3 (1) (f) of the Act.
