— Definition
In this regulation, Act means the Land Tax Deferment Act.
s. 2
— Remission of fees
Authorization is given for the remission of application and renewal fees payable in respect of a deferral agreement requested by
s. 2(a)
a person who meets the requirements of section 5 (2.1) of the Act for the 2009 or 2010 taxation year, or
s. 2(b)
a person who meets the requirements of section 5 (2.3) of the Act for the 2010 or a subsequent taxation year.
