— Definition
In this regulation, Act means the Utilities Commission Act.
s. 2
— Exemption
The authority is exempt from section 71 of the Act in respect of an energy supply contract with a company listed in column 1 of the table below, and the successors and assigns of each of those companies, for the purchase of electricity generated by the company's project listed in column 2 of the table at the location listed in column 3 of the table, if the total generator nameplate capacity of the project does not exceed 15 MW:
