— Definitions
In this regulation:
s. 1
— Act
Act means the South Coast British Columbia Transportation Authority Act;
s. 1
— ticket
ticket means a ticket issued under section 248 of the Act.
s. 2
— Maximum fine
For the purposes of section 245 (5) of the Act, the maximum ticketed amount payable in relation to a ticket for an infraction is $1 000.
