For the purposes of the definition of "Point Grey campus lands" in section 35 of the Municipalities Enabling and Validating Act (No. 3), S.B.C. 2001, c. 44, the lands in the geographical area identified as the Point Grey campus lands on the attached map are the Point Grey campus lands.
