— Additional powers granted
The Regional District of Fraser-Fort George is granted the additional power
s. 1(a)
to establish and operate an airport service as a local service,
s. 1(b)
to operate an Enhanced 9-1-1 Emergency Response System as an extended service,
s. 1(c)
to authorize the acquisition of Electric Power Capital Financing as a local service,
s. 1(d)
to undertake the operation and maintenance of cemeteries as a local service,
s. 1(e)
to authorize the acquisition of Telephone Capital Financing as a local service, and
s. 1(f)
to authorize the acquisition of Natural Gas Capital Financing as a local service.
