— Definition
In this regulation, Act means the Vancouver Charter.
s. 2
— Prescribed meaning of "First Nations corporation"
For the purposes of section 523E of the Act, First Nations corporation means a company that satisfies both of the following requirements:
s. 2(a)
the company is incorporated under federal or provincial law;
s. 2(b)
all of the shares in the company are directly or indirectly held by one or more First Nations.
