— Definitions
In this regulation:
s. 1
— Act
Act means the Utilities Commission Act;
s. 1
— electricity purchase agreement
electricity purchase agreement means the energy supply contract titled "Electricity Purchase Agreement", between Silversmith and the authority, that comes into effect August 1, 2016;

— Silversmith
Silversmith means Silversmith Power and Light Corporation and its successors and assigns.
s. 2
— Exemption
Silversmith and the authority are exempt from section 71 of the Act in respect of the electricity purchase agreement.
