— Manner of publication by registrar
A record referred to in section 9 (b), 16 (8) (c), 20 (7) (c), 29.1 (4) or 39.77 (2) of the Credit Union Incorporation Act or section 30 of the Financial Institutions Act may be published by being published on a website maintained by or on behalf of the government.
