— Definitions
In this regulation:
s. 1
— land
land includes foreshore and land covered by water;
s. 1
— reserve
reserve means the mineral reserve established under section 2;
s. 1
— reserve period
reserve period means the period beginning on December 1, 2025 and ending on December 1, 2026;
s. 1
— site number
site number means the site number given in the registry to a particular area of land shown on an electronic map in the registry.
s. 2
— Temporary reserve established
A mineral reserve for all minerals is established for the reserve period over the area of land identified by site number 1007107 and site name Klappan CLPA — Zone A.
s. 3
— No registration of claims in reserve
A free miner must not register a claim in the reserve.
s. 4
— Coal land reserve
The coal land in the area referred to in section 2 is established as a coal land reserve.
