234_2023 Required Consent (Red Chris Porphyry Copper-Gold Mine Amendments) Regulation B.C.

For the purposes of section 7 (b) (ii) [required consent] of the Environmental Assessment Act, the Declaration Act Consent Decision-Making Agreement for Red Chris Porphyry Copper-Gold Mine Project, negotiated and entered into under section 7 (1) (b) of the Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples Act and dated November 1, 2023, is prescribed.
