s. 1
— Fee or charge for regional water or sewer service
A municipality that comprises part of the Capital Regional District is granted the additional power to impose a fee or charge payable in respect of all or part of a regional water or sewer service of the Capital Regional District if
s. 1(a)
the establishing bylaw of the Capital Regional District for the service provides that costs may be recovered by way of agreement, and
s. 1(b)
the municipality has entered into an agreement referred to in paragraph (a) with the Capital Regional District.
