— Definitions
In this regulation, Act means the Creditor Assistance Act.
s. 2
— Fees
A fee of $30 must be paid to the district registrar
s. 2(a)
for the filing of an affidavit of claim under section 8 (1) of the Act, or
s. 2(b)
for the issue or renewal of a certificate.
