— Exemption
The following persons are exempt from the requirements of section 194 (3) of the Motor Vehicle Act:
s. 1(a)
a person who
s. 1(a)(i)
practises the Sikh religion, and
s. 1(a)(ii)
has unshorn hair and habitually wears a turban composed of 5 or more square metres of cloth.
