— Exemption from requirement to file
The following persons are exempt from the requirement to file a transparency report under the Land Owner Transparency Act:
s. 1(a)
Society of Transition Houses;
s. 1(b)
a corporation that is a member, as defined in the Societies Act, of the Society of Transition Houses at the time that it is required to file a transparency report;
s. 1(c)
Ki-Low-Na Friendship Society;
s. 1(d)
The Linda Krystina Housing Society.
