— Municipal benefits
The shíshálh Nation Government District is entitled to or eligible for the following municipal benefits:
s. 1(a)
grants under the Local Government Grants Act;
s. 1(b)
subject to an agreement being entered into under section 2 of the Provincial-Municipal Partnership Act 1, incentives for economic development and participation in economic development programs of the government under that Act.
