In this regulation, Act means the Environmental Assessment Act.

— Prescribed protected areas
The areas set out in Column 2 of the following table, established by the enactments set out opposite in Column 1, are prescribed as protected areas for the purposes of section 16 (2) (c) (ii) of the Act:
