— Interpretation
Words and expressions used in this regulation in relation to a specific treaty first nation and defined in the final agreement of that treaty first nation have the same meaning as in that final agreement unless the context requires otherwise.

— Definition of "treaty lands"
For the purposes of section 29.1 of the Interpretation Act, the treaty lands of a treaty first nation identified in Column 1 of the following table are the lands set out opposite in Column 2, as added to or subtracted from in accordance with the final agreement of the treaty first nation:
