s. 1 — Definitions

In this regulation:

s. 1 — Act

Act means the Utilities Commission Act;

s. 1 — Cloudworks Projects

Cloudworks Projects means the hydroelectric projects commonly known as the Northwest Stave River Project, the Tretheway Creek Project and the Big Silver-Shovel Creek Project;

s. 1 — Harrison Hydro Transmission System

Harrison Hydro Transmission System means the transmission system owned by the Harrison Parties on the date this regulation comes into force;

s. 1 — Harrison Parties

Harrison Parties means or the successors or assigns of any of the limited partnerships referred to in paragraphs (a) to (g).

Douglas Creek Project Limited Partnership,

s. 1(c)

Fire Creek Project Limited Partnership,

s. 1(d)

Lamont Creek Project Limited Partnership,

s. 1(e)

Stokke Creek Project Limited Partnership,

s. 1(f)

Upper Stave Project Limited Partnership,

s. 1(g)

Tipella Creek Project Limited Partnership

s. 2 — Exemption

The Harrison Parties are exempt from Part 3 of the Act in respect of

s. 2(a)

the Harrison Hydro Transmission System, and

s. 2(b)

the provision of service respecting the transmission of electricity from the Cloudworks Projects to the authority's transmission system.
