— Standards, criteria, guidelines and requirements
s. 1(1)
The standards, criteria and guidelines in the attached Schedule entitled "Vehicle Inspection Manual" are established for the purposes of section 216 of the Motor Vehicle Act.
s. 1(2)
The requirements and guidelines in the attached Schedule entitled "Vehicle Inspection Manual" relating to equipment that must be kept at the facility are set out for the purposes of section 216 of the Motor Vehicle Act.
