— Independent Investigations Office appointments
The chief civilian director appointed under section 38.03 (1) of the Police Act, and investigators appointed under section 38.06 (2) of that Act, are commissioners for taking affidavits for British Columbia for the purposes of exercising the powers and performing the duties of their office.
