— Definition
In this regulation, Act means the Utilities Commission Act.
s. 2
— Prescribed energy resources
The following types of energy resources are prescribed for the purposes of section 65 (2) (a) (ii) of the Act:
s. 2(a)
petroleum, as defined in section 1 of the Petroleum and Natural Gas Act;
s. 2(b)
liquid hydrocarbons;
s. 2(c)
petroleum products.
