— Definition
In this regulation, Tsawwassen Member has the same meaning as in the Tsawwassen First Nation Final Agreement.
s. 2
— Exemption
An eligible Tsawwassen Member is exempt, in relation to the eligible Tsawwassen Member's ownership or occupation of land or improvements within the transitional exemption lands of the Tsawwassen First Nation, from property taxes imposed or collected by the government or by the Tsawwassen First Nation from January 1, 2022 to December 31, 2023.
