The following are designated as human resource facilities:
s. 1(a)
all facilities referred to in section 1 (a) to (d) of the Act;
s. 1(b)
the following categories of human resource facilities or programs:
s. 1(b)(i)
child or youth mental health services;
s. 1(b)(ii)
youth justice services.
