— Offences prescribed
The following offences under the Motor Vehicle Act are prescribed for the purposes of section 15.3 (1) of the Offence Act:
s. 1(a)
section 140 — disobeying construction signs;
s. 1(b)
section 146 (1) — speeding in or outside a municipality;
s. 1(c)
section 146 (3) — speeding against a highway sign;
s. 1(d)
section 146 (7) — speeding against a municipal sign;
s. 1(e)
section 147 (1) — speeding in a school zone;
s. 1(f)
section 147 (2) — speeding in a playground zone.
