This regulation applies to the minister designated as an official without portfolio and without title in Order in Council 497/2022 and Order in Council 657/2022 for the 2022/2023 fiscal year.
In this regulation, Act means the Balanced Budget and Ministerial Accountability Act.
The expected results that the minister designated as an official without portfolio and without title is to achieve for the purposes of section 5 (3) of the Act are as follows:
continue to support and promote the priorities of government;
continue to meet with key stakeholders to support diversity and inclusion in communities;
promote community events that further reconciliation with Indigenous peoples;
submit to Cabinet a report on the results referred to in paragraphs (a) through (c) on or before March 31, 2023.
