For the purposes of section 17 (1) of the Insurance Corporation Act, the corporation’s permitted costs of its services under
s. 1(a)
the Commercial Transport Fees Regulation are
s. 1(a)(i)
$32 of each fee collected by the corporation under item 3 (c) (ii) of the Schedule of that regulation, and
s. 1(a)(ii)
the fees collected by the corporation under item 3 (c) (iii) and (iv) of the Schedule of that regulation, and
s. 1(b)
the Motor Vehicle Fees Regulation are
s. 1(b)(i)
$32 of each fee collected by the corporation under item 14 (a) of the Schedule of that regulation, and
s. 1(b)(ii)
the fees collected by the corporation under item 14 (b) and (c) of the Schedule of that regulation.
