s. 1 — Definitions

For the purposes of this regulation:

s. 1 — Act

Act means the Labour Mobility Act;

s. 1 — SkilledTradesBC

SkilledTradesBC means the corporation continued under section 2 (1) of the Skilled Trades BC Act.

s. 2 — Regulatory authority prescribed for section 3 (2) (a) of the Act

For the purposes of section 3 (2) (a) of the Act, SkilledTradesBC is a prescribed regulatory authority.
