— Application
This regulation applies to regional districts with which the federal minister responsible for the Aeronautics Act (Canada) wishes to enter into an agreement under section 5.81 of the Aeronautics Act (Canada).
s. 2
— Authority to enter into agreement and exercise powers
A regional district referred to in section 1 may
s. 2(a)
enter into agreements under section 5.81 of the Aeronautics Act (Canada) in relation to lands within the regional district, and
s. 2(b)
exercise powers to regulate, prohibit and impose requirements in relation to matters covered by the agreement, to the extent and in the manner contemplated by the agreement.
