— Interpretation
In this regulation Act means the Financial Institutions Act.
s. 2
— Designation
For the purpose of section 158 (5) of the Act, the following provinces are designated for extraprovincial trust corporations:
s. 2(a)
Alberta;
s. 2(b)
Manitoba;
s. 2(c)
New Brunswick;
s. 2(d)
Nova Scotia;
s. 2(e)
Ontario;
s. 2(f)
Quebec;
s. 2(g)
Saskatchewan.
