— Special fund amount
For the purposes of sections 20 (2) and (7) of the Act, the prescribed amount is $3 million.

— Notice of suspension or termination
For the purpose of section 40 (a) of the Act, notice of the suspension or termination of membership must be published
s. 2(a)
on the society's website, and
s. 2(b)
in a newspaper having general circulation in each area in which the member or former member maintained an office at the time of suspension or termination.
