327_87 Retention of Fee by Publisher of the British Columbia Accommodation Guide Regulation B.C.

Where the person who has contracted with the Province to publish the British Columbia Accommodation Guide has, on behalf of the Province, collected the registration fee of $75 paid to register tourist accommodation pursuant to the Tourist Accommodation Regulation enacted under the Travel Regulation Act, that person is authorized to retain that registration fee, as remuneration for services performed.
