— Interpretation
In this regulation Act means the Financial Institutions Act.
s. 2
— Prescribed percentages for section 21 of the Act
s. 2(1)
For the purpose of section 21 (2) of the Act, the prescribed percentage is 50%.
s. 2(2)
For the purpose of section 21 (3) (b) of the Act the prescribed percentage is 50%.
