— Definitions
In this regulation:
s. 1
— land
land includes foreshore and land covered by water;
s. 1
— reserve period
reserve period means the period beginning on the date this regulation comes into force and ending on June 30, 2025;
s. 1
— site number
site number means the site number given in the registry to a particular area of land shown on an electronic map in the registry.
s. 2
— Temporary reserve established
A mineral reserve for all minerals and placer minerals is established for the reserve period over the area of land identified by site number 1007088 and the site name Dasiqox Teẑtan Area.
s. 3
— No registration of claims in reserve
A free miner must not register a claim in the reserve established under section 2.
