— Prescribed classes
The prescribed classes of financial agreements for the purposes of section 76 (1) (c) of the Financial Administration Act are:
s. 1(a)
options to enter into any of the agreements referred to in section 76 (1) (b) of the Financial Administration Act;
s. 1(b)
forward security purchase or sale agreements;
s. 1(c)
options to enter into forward security purchase or sale agreements;
s. 1(d)
equity-index linked futures agreements;
s. 1(e)
equity-index linked exchange agreements;
s. 1(f)
options to enter into equity-index linked futures agreements or equity-index linked exchange agreements;
s. 1(g)
options to purchase or sell any security.
