— Provisions applicable to heritage property
For the purposes of section 23 of the Heritage Conservation Act, sections 2, 3 (1), 8 (1) to (4), 9 and 14 to 27 of the Park Act apply to a Provincial heritage property.
s. 2
— McAbee Fossil Beds Heritage Site
s. 2(1)
For the purposes of section 23 of the Heritage Conservation Act, in addition to the provisions listed in section 1 of this regulation, sections 11, 29.1 and 30 (5) of the Park Act apply to the McAbee Fossil Beds Heritage Site.
s. 2(2)
Despite section 1 of this regulation, section 9 of the Park Act does not apply to the McAbee Fossil Beds Heritage Site.
