In this regulation, STPS means the Stl'atl'imx Tribal Police Service.
The provisions of B.C. Reg. 87/91, the Police (Disposal of Property) Regulation, apply to the STPS as though each reference in B.C. Reg. 87/91 to
a "commissioner" were a reference to the chief officer of the STPS,
"provincial police service" were a reference to the STPS, and
"Province" were a reference to the Band Councils of the Stl'atl'imx Nation.

"commission" were a reference to the board of the STPS.
