405_88 Tourist Accommodation (Assessment Relief) Regulation B.C.

For the purposes of the Tourist Accommodation (Assessment Relief) Act, property that comes within Class 6 — business and other, as prescribed by the Prescribed Classes of Property Regulation, B.C. Reg. 438/81, is designated as an eligible class of property.

A reduction in assessed value of an eligible property shall be apportioned to the land and improvements in the same proportion as the assessed values of land and improvements of that eligible property.
