— Definition
In this regulation, branch means the Collection and Loan Management Branch, Ministry of Provincial Revenue.

— Role of branch
The branch provides collection and loan administration services to the government.
s. 3
— Branch may collect certain information
For the purpose of providing the services referred to in section 2 and without limiting any other authority under which the branch may collect information, the branch may collect the following information about persons who owe money to the government:
s. 3(a)
particulars of amounts owing;
s. 3(b)
name, including any alias or business name;
s. 3(c)
current and former addresses, including any e-mail addresses;
s. 3(d)
birth date;
s. 3(e)
social insurance number;
s. 3(f)
name of spouse or next of kin;
s. 3(g)
occupation;
s. 3(h)
name of employer;
s. 3(i)
residence and business telephone numbers; and
s. 3(j)
banking and credit information.
