Persons to whom this contract applies: regular employees who, while covered by the contract, were granted "Waiver of Premium" status due to disability, based upon criteria established by the carrier.

— Rates of contribution
Rates of contribution:

monthly salaried employees;
s. 3(b)
retired employees: an amount equal to the coverage in effect immediately before retirement.

Conditions affecting those employees to whom this contract applies: coverage under this contract will continue indefinitely providing satisfactory medical evidence of disability is maintained.
