— Registration with consent of minister
Where the minister the Registrar of Land Titles may register the transfer or conveyance of the fee simple in the land, the agreement to transfer the fee simple, the lease, the sublease, the assignment of lease or the mortgage of the land that is described in the consent of the minister.

files in a land title office a certificate under section 8 of the Ministry of Lands, Parks and Housing Act, and
s. 1(b)
consents in writing to the registration of a document that is a transfer or conveyance of the fee simple in the land, an agreement to transfer the fee simple, a lease, a sublease, an assignment of lease or a mortgage of the land,
