— Definitions
In this regulation:
s. 1
— Act
Act means the Utilities Commission Act;
s. 1
— project proponent
project proponent means a person who enters into an energy supply contract with the authority as a result of the call referred to in section 2, or the successors or assigns of the person.
s. 2
— Exemption
The authority and all project proponents are exempt from section 71 of the Act with respect to the community-based biomass call for electricity that the authority is engaged in on the date this regulation comes into force.
