— Definition
In this regulation, Act means the Utilities Commission Act.
s. 2
— Exemption
New Era Hydro Corporation is exempt from Part 3, except for section 22, of the Act in respect of the sale of electricity generated at Fraser, British Columbia, to the Yukon Government.
