s. 1 — Fee under B.C. Reg. 334/91

For the purposes of section 17 (1) of the Insurance Corporation Act, the permitted costs of services in the Schedule to the Motor Vehicle Fees Regulation, B.C. Reg. 334/91, are

s. 1(a)

the entire amount of the drivers' test fee the Insurance Corporation of British Columbia collects under item 4 (b) (ii) (B) for providing those services,

s. 1(b)

the entire amount of the drivers' test fee the Insurance Corporation of British Columbia collects under item 4 (b) (vii) (B) (II) for providing those services, and

s. 1(c)

the entire amount of the missed test fee the Insurance Corporation of British Columbia collects under item 4 (b) (vii) to (xi) for providing those services.
